Payment terms

A) Design Phase

i) On acceptance of the proposal an initial payment 30% of approved amount will be paid.

ii) 40% of approved amount will be paid after submission the preliminary design and drawings for approval.

iii) 20% of approved amount will be paid after submission final drawing.

iv) 10% of approved amount will be paid after submission of schedule and bill of quantities

B) Supervision Fees

i) Supervision fees will be Tk.1,500 (One thousand Five Hundred) only each visit.
